Store similar goods together. Place fast‑moving items near exits. Ensure special‑use materials are properly managed and locked stocks are not diverted. 3. **Shipping & Outbound** Validate documents and check goods (name, spec, packaging, quantity). Apply FIFO and loading priority rules. No goods release without complete procedures. 4. **Inventory Check** Reconcile accounts, physical goods and inventory cards. Check overstock, damaged items and goods movement. Handle defective and slow‑moving stock. Inspect safety and fire‑protection facilities.
